“Casa Rinaldi Products Around The World”

CONTEST held under art. 6 (1) (a) of Italian Presidential Decree 430 /2001 – Not classified as a prize competition because it relates to the production of works of art.

The “Casa Rinaldi Products Around the World” international competition is organised by Casa Rinaldi, a historic name in the Italian food of excellence sector, with registered office at Castelnuovo Rangone (Modena) – Italy, with the aim of encouraging users to participate and interact by using photos to illustrate the presence of Casa Rinaldi products all over the world.

The contest is governed by the following rules:

  1. Partecipants
    The contest is open to all persons legally of age who submit a photograph interpreting the subject of the “Casa Rinaldi Products Around The World” contest.
  2. Dates
    To take part, participants must send at least one photograph to the email address provided and/or post it on Instagram following the promoter’s instructions, from 23 April to midnight (Italian time) on 20 May 2018.
    Photographs received before or after these dates will not be considered valid.
    Photographs may be voted for on the Casa Rinaldi site or on participants’ Instagram profiles until midnight (Italian time) on 27 May 2018.
  3. Photographs eligible for the contest.
    Black and white and colour photographs, shot both vertically and horizontally, in JPEG (.jpg) format, are eligible.
    Photographs must be unedited: works created with the aid of a computer are not permitted.
    Each photograph must comply with these requirements:
    – it must portray at least one Casa Rinaldi product with the label and the Brand logo clearly legible. Since the aim is to interpret the contest theme of “Casa Rinaldi Products Around the World”, it is preferable for the Casa Rinaldi product to be photographed outdoors, in an urban context or natural surroundings;
    – it may also show people provided the photograph’s owner has their specific consent or the individuals shown are not recognisable.
    – it may be new, taken specifically for the competition, or older, from the entrant’s personal files.
    NB: The photograph must have been taken by the participant in person and the copyright must not belong to a third party.Photographs which do not comply with the specifications will not be taken into consideration.
    By entering the photography contest, participants consent to the use of the photographs for marketing purposes by the promoter, Casa Rinaldi. 
  4. Entry procedure.
    Every competitor can take part in the contest from 23 April to midnight (Italian time) on 20 May 2018, with up to 3 photographs in one or both of these two different ways:A. By sending the photograph(s) by EMAIL to together
    – Entrant’s NAME/NICKNAME
    – CITY and COUNTRY of the location shown.
    NB: Specify in your email that you authorise Casa Rinaldi to use the photo.
    Photographs received at the above email address will be loaded in the section of the promoter’s website provided they are complete with all the data required, and can be voted for and shared on social media.B. By posting the photograph(s) on the entrant’s INSTAGRAM profile, tagging the  @casarinaldi page and including in the text of the post:
    – This photograph is my entry for the #CasaRinaldi #CRaroundtheworld Contest (it is important to use the hashtags!
    – TITLE of the Photo
    – CITY and COUNTRY of the location shown.
    During the promoted period and for up to one week after the closing date for the submission of photographs, and thus from 23 April to midnight (Italian time) on 27 May 2018, participants can invite their friends to vote for their entries to the competition, both on the page and on their Instagram profile. After voting closes, and by 31 May 2018,
    a Casa Rinaldi in-house jury will choose 2 winning photographs, from the photographs which have received the most votes and/or Likes on the two channels, at its own absolute discretion. The two awards assigned will be:
    Customer Award: winning photograph on the web page
    Social Award: winning photograph on Instagram
    As well as the due praise and congratulations on the Casa Rinaldi social media channels, the creators of the two winning photographs will receive, as a reward for their personal merit, the Casa Rinaldi products publicised in the first 3 regions presented in the “2018: Worldwide Italian Food Year” project (see ) + Casa Rinaldi branded accessories.
