Characterized by a pungent flavor and an intense aroma,  Casa Rinaldi chili pepper is ideal for giving a spicy taste to meat, fish, soups, pizzas, pasta, sauces, croutons, chocolate. It is available in a practical 60 gram jar. Chili peppers are dried, cleaned, crushed and selected before becoming a tasty spice that is steam sanitized and finally reaches the desired nutritional values.

Oregano
Oregano leaves and inflorescences are harvested in summer in the Mediterranean areas and then dried, cleaned, cut and selected. This is how Casa Rinaldi oregano is produced, now available in a practical 20-gram jar. Oregano is the fundamental ingredient of typical Mediterranean dishes such as pizzas and caprese, but it is also ideal on fish, meat and pasta sauces. Casa Rinaldi oregano blends perfectly with intense flavors and fits really well with tomato or garlic, meat, sauces and marinades.

Black pepper
Black pepper is harvested from its plant that produces dark red berries containing only one seed. These are collected when the ripening is not complete, then dried and shelled, cleaned and selected according to the diameter, before being steam sanitized. Characterized by a spicy taste due to the piperine content and an intense aroma, Casa Rinaldi black pepper is particularly suited to meat dishes, but can also be used to flavor salads and sauces. It is ideal for seasoning very tasty fishes such as mackerel, sardines, anchovies and tuna.

Pink pepper
Pink pepper is harvested from the Brazilian pepper tree and its bright pink fruits. It is very pleasant to the eye, seldom used to garnish elegant dishes and characterized by a delicate, sweet and spicy taste, with interesting hints of lemon. Casa Rinaldi pink pepper is available in a practical 500 gram jar. It is ideal to garnish white meats, fish carpaccios, shellfish, salads, fruit salads, desserts, yogurts, as well as vegetables like artichokes, peas, asparagus.

Pepper mix
Our pepper mix is made up of 4 expertly blended varieties, designed to bring a balanced flavor to your dishes. It includes: - black pepper, from berries harvested before complete ripeness and then left to dry; - white pepper, obtained from smaller and less spicy grains; - green pepper, similar to black pepper but harvested unripe, not dried and treated in brine; - pink pepper, with a sweeter and more delicate flavor and an aroma reminiscent of lemon and fruit. The mix of peppers by Casa Rinaldi goes perfectly well with grilled meat dishes, vegetables, and fish. It is also excellent in fish and meat marinades to add aroma to the dish and it is ideal for tomato-based sauces, croutons and bruschetta.

Bruschetta mix
The "Bruschetta" mix is ​​made up of different spices bringing a balanced taste to food, without however covering its original flavor. Casa Rinaldi mix contains garlic, chilli and parsley, whose aromas and scents are easily recognizable. It can be used to flavor  a perfect toasted bread: just add it to the extra virgin olive oil, salt and diced tomato. It is also perfect for seasoning pasta or pizza, possibly minced with a spice grinder. Finally, it can be combined with stewed meat or legumes.
